FAQ
Frequently Asked Questions
Do you provide 24/7 mobile roadside assistance in Oregon?
Yes. Call for 24/7 roadside help for flat tires, dead batteries, lockouts, fuel delivery, trailer tire problems, RV tire issues, and rural road calls when a technician is available.
Can you repair a tire on the side of the road?
Sometimes. Tire plug or repair work is only appropriate when the puncture location, tire condition, vehicle position, and weather make it safe. Sidewall damage and unsafe tires usually require replacement.
Can you deliver and install a tire?
When the correct tire is available, mobile tire delivery and installation may be possible. Call with your tire size, vehicle type, location, and whether you have a usable spare.
Do you help RVs, campers, and trailers?
Yes. We route mobile tire help for trailers, RVs, campers, boat trailers, contractor trailers, and fleet vehicles when the location and tire size can be serviced safely.
What should I tell dispatch when I call?
Share your exact location, nearby mile marker or landmark, vehicle type, tire size if relevant, whether you are in a safe place, and what service you need.
Do you tow vehicles?
This site is focused on mobile roadside and tire help. If a tow is the safer or required option, dispatch can tell you before sending the wrong type of help.
